Happy New Year

Happy New Year!

It’s been more than a month, and time is flying by quickly.  We are now in the African-American History month … Black History Month … the time when Negras parade around.  You know what I mean.  It’s a time when we realize that the first Blacks (brown people) who came to this country were NOT SLAVES.  They were indentured servants, and upon completion of their servitude, were free, given much of the (stolen) land, able to even purchase slaves during the trade, etc.

I am still learning much about the men and women who preceded us.  I don’t believe we will ever be able to learn enough.  But the quest for more wisdom and knowledge should be sparked even more.
